One-hour long session preparing your mind and body for birth. Integrating somatic techniques to release fear and anxiety. Offering pain management techniques and visualizations to promote positive birthing outcomes. Recommended to purchase a package of 4 or 8 session for culmulative impact. Discounts of $25 off 4 or $50 for 8 session packages given.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, please contact us to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a fee at 50% the rate of service.
