Energy work is based on that premise that "Everything is energy." (Albert Einstein). Scientific evidence is abundantly in support of this, including infared technology and magnetic fields detectable throughout nature.
Reiki is a Japanese technique utilizing awareness of the body's emotional energy centers combined with the practitioner's keen observational skills and intuitive abilities. A reiki healer taps into energy fields and guides or directs it as needed.
Healing Roots practitioners use what can best be described as prayer. They pray into the pain to shift the energy, removing blockages and promoting flow. In many cases, it allows for freedom and release of past trauma or stuck emotions. Freely flowing energy leads to deep healing - of the body, the mind, and the spirit.
HYPNOTHERAPY / BRAIN-TRAINING
Hypnosis is a concentrated, relaxed state of mind. It is a form of meditation. Hypnotherapy utilizes this natural state of mind for therapeutic goals, to promote healing and wellbeing. It has been publicly accepted and utilized therapeutically for more than 200 years.

Hypnotherapy is distinct from talk therapy - it's highly experiential and taps into your creativity. It integrates insights from neuroscience, opening up a door between the brain's logical and emotional parts to retrain your brain. This can lead to change that may be more rapid and enduring that traditional therapy.
OUR PROCESS
During your session, a trained professional serves as your guide, unearthing deeply held beliefs that may be negatively impacting your life. Clients typically meet with a practitioner 4-10 times over several months.

STEP 1: Consultation - deciphering your goals and concerns, determining what therapies are the right fit for your challenges.

STEP 2: Initial Session - refining goals, beginning the work

STEP 3: Reinforcement Sessions - 3-5 follow up sessions to reinforce and deepen healing

STEP 4: Follow Up - a 15-20 phone or Zoom call to assess how the change work is progressing, and if any additional support is needed
