HOLISTIC HEALING
Our holistic approach is highly integrative, meaning it supports and attends to mind, body and spirit for whole-body healing. Many sessions include a blend of the following:

Breathwork & Body Scanning: We start by focusing on the breath to reset the nervous system. Deep breathing slows the overactive, fight-flight mind and serves as a primer for healing energy to flow. Body scanning allows you to release tension in you body so you can relax fully into the work.

Guided Meditation: As you are led through a visualization in nature, you release what's causing you unrest, and enter into a deeply relaxed state of mind. We can then focus on your therapeutic goals.

Reiki and Somatic Movement: These techniques are utilized to release energy blockages, create flow, and promote self-healing and overall wellbeing. Reiki involves gentle touch or hovering hands over a clothed body. Somatic movement involves a practitioner noticing where in your body you are holding tention and suggesting movements that will promote its release.

Hypnotherapy: This is integrated when outdated or unhelpful core beliefs are uncovered. This therapeutic technique can reframe limiting beliefs and allow for new, healthier beliefs and behaviors in their place. This can lead to personal transformation.
THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS: LENGTH & STEPS
Clients often ask how long they might be in treatment. It will depend on your issues and circumstances, however, clients typically meet with a practitioner 4-10 times over several months. It is common to have a series of weekly or biweekly sessions up-front, take time away in seasons of good health, and then return when life stressors or illness compounds again. Some come in monthly for regular maintence.
