Meditation, Hypnotherapy & Brain-Training

Hypnosis is a concentrated, relaxed state of mind. It is a form of meditation. Hypnotherapy utilizes this natural state of mind for therapeutic goals, to promote healing and wellbeing. It has been publicly accepted and utilized therapeutically for more than 200 years.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is distinct from talk therapy - it's highly experiential and taps into your creativity. It integrates insights from neuroscience, opening up a door between the brain's logical and emotional parts to retrain your brain.

 

This can lead to change that may be more rapid and enduring than traditional therapy.

Meditation

Meditation has been used for centuries to bring healing, relaxation and balance. In quieting the mind, we reset our nervous system.

 

Activating the parasympathetic nervous system sets to rest our flight/flight/freeze response, allowing us to respond to situations with greater maturity.
